Get ready for summer!

Summer's coming.  Time to take the dust cover off the grill and find some good eats!  That's what I'm here for.  This blog will give you tips and tools for preparing succulent dishes everyone will love.  What's your favorite summer fare?  I love squirrel and deer.  Both are readily available in my neighborhood and taste great with little seasoning.  

Today's post is all about grilling tools.   Before you even THINK about skinning that cat, make sure you have the following tools on hand:

Cooks' apron
Grill cleaning tool
Basting Mop
Tongs (long and extra long)
Turner tongs (great for salmon, goldfish and veggies)
Shish-ka-bob sticks
